Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

  • Optional: 2 cups leafy greens
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana (chopped and frozen if desired)
  • 3-4 Tablespoons creamy unsalted peanut butter
  • optional: add 1-2 dates if not sweet enough


  1. If using leafy greens, add to blender with water and blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container for later!
