- Optional: 2 cups leafy greens
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana (chopped and frozen if desired)
- 3-4 Tablespoons creamy unsalted peanut butter
- optional: add 1-2 dates if not sweet enough
- If using leafy greens, add to blender with water and blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container for later!
