Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt (or greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar, the order listed. (Put the oats on the bottom)
  2. Refrigerate overnight, or for 10-12 hours.
  3. Serve as is, or with fresh berries, raw honey, berry sauce, or a little maple syrup.
