- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt (or greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- Mix all ingredients together in a jar, the order listed. (Put the oats on the bottom)
- Refrigerate overnight, or for 10-12 hours.
- Serve as is, or with fresh berries, raw honey, berry sauce, or a little maple syrup.
