Yogurt, Feta, and Sun-Dried Tomato Dip or Spread

  • 2/3 cup Straus yogurt (either Greek* or European-style)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (about 2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (raw or roasted for extra flavor)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • *if using Greek yogurt, you might have to add a few Tbsp of water while blending


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy with homemade whole wheat Naan, on crackers with fresh pesto, or as a creamy sauce for whole wheat pasta.
