Grease a baking dish, or cover with parchment paper.
In a small pot over low heat, melt together the butter and honey, remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter.
Place crispy rice in a large bowl and add in the honey-PB mixture. Mix until rice is coated well.
Press into baking dish and top with chocolate chips and press the chips into the mixture (or drizzle with melted chocolate). You want to press hard to help them stay together!
Place baking dish in freezer for about 30 minutes to cool and set completely. Remove and cut into squares, but store in fridge to keep them from melting!
